What does a CYQ event include?
Facilitation
Every event is run by professional quadball players with youth facilitation experience. These players will lead ice breaker activities, fun practice drills to teach participants the rules and strategies of the game, and scrimmages of varying intensity.
All activities, gameplay, and levels of physicality are catered to the age and comfort of the participants, and no previous quadball experience is required!
Equipment
CYQ provides and will set up and break down all of the equipment needed to run quadball successfully
Hoops (both youth and adult sizes)
Brooms (varying lengths)
Balls (volleyballs, dodge balls of various sizes, and "snitch runner")
Extra materials for activities
What is required of you for an event?
Location reservation: CYQ does not handle any permitting of fields or indoor gym space
Waiver and Photo release: All participants under the age of 18 must have a parent/guardian sign the CYQ waiver and photo release form before participating in the quadball event

Theme decorations (if needed): CYQ does not provide any wizarding-themed decorations
Event Pricing and Logistics
Pricing
Small-scale event, 10-20 players — $250/hour
Includes 2 facilitators and all equipment for one field
Large-scale event, 24+ Players — $400+/hour
Includes 3+ facilitators and all equipment for two fields
For groups of 40 or larger, contact us for specific pricing questions and considerations.
What should participants bring?
Weather appropriate athletic clothing or clothing they can freely move in
Sports cleats or sneakers (no open toed shoes)
Water bottle (if water is not provided)
